First Option with Webhook
1. Create a new IFTTT applet and click on "+this" to select your trigger
2. Click on the blue square that says "Webhooks"
3. Click on "Receive a web request"
4. Name your event "weather" then click on "Create Trigger"
5. Click on "+that" to choose the application that will receive the message
6. Type and select "facebook messenger"
7. Click on "Send a message"
8. Click on "Create action"
9. Click on "Finish"
Second Option without webhook
1. Create a new IFTTT applet and click on "+this" to select your trigger
2. Select " Weather Underground"
3. Select the time at which you want to receive the weather forecast
4. Select the location for which you want to know weather it is going to rain or not
5. Click on "create trigger"
6. Click on "+that" and search for the facebook messenger
7. Select it and choose send a message.
8. Add the ingredients to the message that you wish to receive on your weather forecast
9. Create action and receive your weather forecast every day.
